Specialfastigheter Sverige is a Swedish state-owned property company that manages facilities for correctional, law enforcement, and national security purposes.

The new agreement forms part of a wider construction project with a total value of about SEK 2.7 billion ($282 million), including previously invoiced work. Skanska has been involved in construction at the site since early 2022.

The latest phase includes the reconstruction of two existing buildings and the construction of 13 new ones, along with various smaller service structures. Ground and foundation works are also part of the scope.

Delivery will be in stages through autumn 2027.

The new contract will be included in Skanska’s Swedish order bookings for Q2 2025.
