The event is timely, given the results of McKinsey & Co’s research into construction projects, which found that more than half of rework is caused by miscommunication and poor data.

Simon Carter of UK-based construction company Willmott Dixon will describe heading up a transformational project that could reimagine the end-to-end construction process and drive forward efficiency and productivity.

Expert panellists

With 25 years’ experience in lean project delivery, Carter will look at how the use of digital solutions and formal methodologies to revolutionise organisations.

The event will also include Beau Scrase Dickins from Mail Manager, the email management solution for project firms.
