New president for Tutor Perini’s Black Construction Corporation

Tutor Perini has promoted Leonard Kaae to the role of president of its Guam-based subsidiary, Black Construction Corporation.

Kaae has worked for Black Construction for more than 40 years, most recently leading its operations and 2,000 employees as senior vice president and general manager.

Black Construction is Guam’s largest general contractor and the second-largest employer on Guam, behind the US federal government.
