Lecarpentier has spent the last two years in charge of the Intermat equipment exhibition in Paris, France, and has 30 years’ experience in the construction industry.

His appointment comes as HCEE prepares to display 18 machines at the Bauma show in Germany next month, 10 of which will be new to Europe.

The company is launching skid steers, compact tracked loaders, materials handling machinery, dozers, and its first full electric mini excavator to the market.

Dr Hubertus Muenster, director of CE sales at HCEE said, “We are very happy to welcome Christophe to HCEE. His long-term industry experience will help us to further develop our key account offering in Europe and to customise our solutions to customer requirements, for enhanced value creation.”

Lecarpentier said, “I am joining Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe convinced by the latest product launches, the high level of innovation and the current strategy that is in place for the European market. I am thrilled to be taking up the key account manager role and look forward to working with current and future partners.”
