Hitachi appoints former Hyundai executive to lead European sales

Hitachi – one of the world’s top ten OEMs according to International Construction’s Yellow Table – said that the appointment was part of a broader transformation of its Sales & Marketing division.

Muenster previously worked for Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe, where he led the company’s European sales activities.

Hitachi also announced that René Koops has been appointed Director, Business Solutions & Customizations and Laura Hendriks assumes the role of Director, Marketing & Brand Communication, with a clear mandate to enhance brand awareness and recognition.

The OEM said that, “these changes reflect HCME’s ongoing commitment to strengthening dealer partnerships, accelerating innovation, and delivering customised solutions to customers across Europe.”
