The most promising companies in this year’s Construction Startup Competition have been announced.

Now in its ninth edition, the annual event received over 550 applications from 54 countries, marking the second-highest participation in its history.

Entries were grouped into four focus areas reflecting key challenges in the construction value chain: Green Construction (e.g. project carbon footprint), Enhanced Productivity (e.g. jobsite management), Construction Supply Chain (e.g. materials delivery), and the Future of Construction (e.g. new building processes).

The startups selected as 2025 champions are: Ailytics (Singapore), AItenders (France), Alithic (US), All3 (UK), BuildCheck AI (US), Birdsview (Norway), Enlaye (US), IRIDESENSE (France), Gravis Robotics (Switzerland), Hyperion Robotics (Finland), Kapture (Australia), Navlive (UK), and Taiyō.AI (US).

The competition is organised by Cemex Ventures, Caterpillar, Dysruptek by Haskell, Ferrovial, Hilti, Leonard by Vinci, NOVA by Saint-Gobain, Trimble, and Zacua Ventures.

Of the 13 winning startups, eight will pitch at the Trimble Dimensions User Conference in Las Vegas on November 11, 2025, while five will attend the Recotech Conference in Helsinki on November 18 for a new European Pitch Day.

At Trimble Dimensions, finalists will present their solutions to a panel of executives, investors, and industry partners. Gold, silver, and bronze awards will be given out, along with cash prizes.
