Mecbo introduces tracked concrete pumps to Americas
16 April 2025
Mecbo America, a division within US-based Blastcrete Equipment created through a distribution agreement with Italy-based Mecbo, has introduced two new crawler-mounted concrete pumps for the North and South American markets.

The CARTRACK P6 and P7 are designed for high-output applications such as continuous flight augering, drilling, tunnelling and commercial construction.
Both models feature a tracked undercarriage for improved jobsite mobility and are powered by either a diesel or electric engine: 150 hp for the P6 and 180 hp for the P7.
The pumps use Mecbo’s patented PULSAR system, which allows a longer stroke and smoother delivery of concrete, the company said. According to Blastcrete co-CEO Scott Knighton, that translates to reduced wear, consistent pressure and lower maintenance demands.
“Track-mounted pumps are not new to this market,” Knighton added, “but what we’ve done is add Mecbo’s patented PULSAR pump, which offers more power and lower maintenance demands.”
Designed to pump between 104 and 144 yd³ per hour, the P6 and P7 also come equipped with a toggle-based radio remote control, designed to avoid touchscreen issues when gloves are covered in material.
Both units include twin service hatches and offer options such as a water pump, compressor, hopper screen vibrator and extended pipeline accessories. The units are available in tracked, wheeled or truck-mounted configurations. A soundproofed diesel variant is also available for noise-sensitive worksites.
The CARTRACK series will be supported by Blastcrete’s Anniston, Alabama, US-based service network and spare parts inventory.
Knighton said the new launch was part of a long-term effort to provide simple and rugged machines: “They don’t need bells and whistles—they need a simple, rugged, efficient system,” he said.
