Zeppelin Rental to offer ‘immersive experience’ at Bauma

Zeppelin Rental will offer visitors an immersive digital experience - the Zeppelin Rental Dome - to explore its rental services in an interactive environment.

The company will highlight sustainable and efficient technology from its ecoRent program and environmentally friendly solutions, including an electric 906e Caterpillar wheeled loader, an electric skid steer loader - the Elise 700 from FirstGreen Industries - and Stage V gensets.

The company’s exhibition stand is FM 709/1 in the outdoor area near the east entrance in front of Hall B6.

Peter Schrader, managing director of Zeppelin Rental, said: “We will visualise our offerings—unique in the industry—inside a virtual dome.

“Visitors step into an immersive world where they can experience Zeppelin Rental up close in an engaging and impactful way.”

In addition to machines, the company will present a mobile power supply that integrates battery storage with generators capable of running on HVO (hydrotreated vegetable oil).

The system can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by up to 90% compared to regular diesel.

The company will offer presentations and guided stand tours to visitors, focusing on topics such as:

  • Zero-emission construction sites;
  • Telematics for reducing traffic congestion;
  • Online tools for improving efficiency and transparency;
  • IoT-based digital solutions;
  • Building Information Modelling (BIM)-based construction site planning.

Zeppelin Rental will demonstrate its modular space and portable sanitary products in a three-storey container structure featuring a roof terrace and city garden.

For soil compaction, the exhibition will include Wacker Neuson’s emission-free APS 1550e and APU 3050e battery-powered vibratory plates and their combustion-engine counterparts, the CF2 and CR3.
