Eiffage buys up three more energy services companies

Eiffage has expanded its presence in Spain with the acquisition of three energy services businesses: CVS, M3i Controls and Inmotechnia.
The French group, through its subsidiary Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, said the deals formed part of its European growth strategy, aimed at strengthening both its geographic coverage and technical expertise.
CVS, founded in 2020, specialises in refrigeration solutions for industry and the commercial sector, as well as fire detection and protection systems. With more than 300 employees across 11 sites nationwide, it generated €60m in revenue in 2024.
Meanwhile, Catalan company M3i Controls focuses on control and automation systems for commercial buildings, employing 26 people and recording €3m in turnover last year. Inmotechnia, which operates across Spain with 64 employees, generated €10m in revenue in 2024 and provides expertise in smart Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS).
Eiffage Énergie Systèmes already employs more than 5,000 people in Spain, where it reported €1.1bn in revenue in 2024.
