A facility tour and fleet management demonstration is an exciting new development as part of the World Crane and Transport Summit (WCTS) Asia 2023. On the afternoon of 4 October a group of WCTS delegates will be able to visit the new global headquarters of crane and transport specialist Denzai International.

Visitors will travel by coach from the WCTS event hotel, the Swissôtel the Stamford, to the new Denzai facility on Kranji Crescent in the north west of Singapore. There they will be able to take a tour of the facility.

Guests will also be treated to a demonstration of the company’s comprehensive fleet management system. Denzai has an extensive fleet of cranes, transporters, lifting gantries and jack up systems. Visitors will also be able to learn about Denzai’s wind turbine condition monitoring system where sensors on the turbine help detect and forecast potential issues and maintenance needs.

Refreshments are kindly being provided by Denzai.

Japan-headquartered Denzai Group works on petrochemical, infrastructure and many other construction projects around the world. Kohki Uemura, Denzai KK CEO, is a speaker at this year’s World Crane and Transport Summit. He is also vice chairman of the Singapore Cranes Association, a supporting association for the WCTS.

Developing a global presence

Denzai expanded into Singapore with the acquisition of Huationg Holdings in 2020. Elsewhere in Asia it has representation in Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, India and Bangladesh. Outside Asia Denzai has offices in the Middle East. For the wind energy industry the company has research and development centres in Denmark and South Korea.

The Denzai International tour in Singapore will be open to a limited number of officially registered WCTS attendees. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Exact timings and other details are still being finalised but the coach transport will leave the event hotel on 4 October around 14.00 to arrive at Denzai at 14.30 where they will stay until 16.30, returning to the event hotel prior to the WCTS event’s evening drinks reception.
