The two-storey facility will support joint and multinational force training through a combination of live-fly and simulated scenarios. The 149,913-sq-ft space will include simulator rooms, briefing areas, operations centres, administrative space, and secure infrastructure designed to meet cold-weather and intelligence standards.

At the time of the award, the US Army Corps of Engineers committed $110.9 million in fiscal year 2025 specifically for the project.

Completion is expected by June 2029.
