Tutor Perini subsidiary lands $72.7m Pensacola International Airport job

Tutor Perini subsidiary Roy Anderson Corp has landed a $72.7 million contract to build a new hangar at Pensacola International Airport in Florida, USA.
The deal involves the construction of Hangar 3 at Project Titan at the airport.
The scope of the work includes designing and building a new, pre-engineered metal building hangar with a central shop and permitter office and support areas, as well as a new 300-space asphalt parking lot.
Design work has already started and construction is set to start in August 2024 with substantial completion anticipated in the summer of 2026.
Project Titan consists of three additional hangars for the airports (hangars 2, 3 and 4), support service centres, administrative offices, taxiways, aprons and roadways. At the point it broke ground in 2021, it was expected to cost a total of $210 million.
