Terex's revenues hit US$ 2.20 billion for the third quarter of the year – a +15% increase on the same period in 2006.

Profits grew faster than sales, with the company making an operating profit of US$ 228 million for the quarter – +29% higher than Q3 2006. Despite the difficulties of long lead times in some areas, Terex remains upbeat. It says it expects sales for the full year to be between US$ 8.8 billion and US$ 9.0 billion.
