Riwal launches online parts store

Premium Content

Aerial platform and telehandler rental and sales specialist Riwal has launched the My Riwal Parts webshop, offering original parts from the world’s largest and most established MEWP manufacturers.

The new online platform represents the next stage in Riwal’s Smart, Easy, Digital program and combines the company’s more than 25 years of experience in providing advise and selling parts. Riwal said the unique digital solution enabled it to offer customers a full service package, from rental and purchasing through to equipment maintenance.

Alexander Rosenkrands, Riwal’s group commercial manager, commented, “This new digital development gives Riwal the opportunity to offer an even better customer experience and further strengthen our relationship with our customers. In addition to renting and selling aerial work platforms and providing adequate training, we can now also provide our customers with a fully equipped parts webshop. This makes Riwal the one-stop-shop that the market increasingly demands.”

My Riwal Parts is designed to be intuitive, making parts selection easy. Prices of the parts are always up-to-date and the real-time stock indicator ensures that customers have a complete view of what is available. Finding spare parts can be  based on: serial number of the machine, brand and model type and Interactive drawings.

Once the user has found the machine they are looking for, they click and select the chosen parts using an exploded view. Based on the selection, the Smart Recommendation feature also highlights other parts that might need to be replaced.

Following its introduction in the Netherlands, My Riwal Parts will be rolled out further in Europe. It will be available in many languages, and offers direct shipping options and a pick-up service for those who need their parts as soon as possible.
