The eight-bed, nine-bath (not counting seven half-baths) single-family home is located in Manalapan, Florida, which is in Palm Beach County and part of the Miami metropolitan area.
It was designed by architecture firm Choeff Levy Fischman with RWB Construction Management signed on for construction. Both are Miami-based companies.
The design spans more than 50,000 sq ft and is set to include a gym/spa, movie theatre, golf simulation room, bowling alley, padel court and shooting range, among other amenities.
The residential project is expected to finish in 2026.
