Centre with inspection workshop and welding facilities officially opens in Askim

A brand new service centre has been opened at Rosendal Maskin AS headquarters in Askim, Norway.
The authorised Doosan dealer for Norway has built the centre for a cost of NOK35 million (€3.6 million), which houses a pre-delivery inspection workshop and a washing room and welding facility, a new parts warehouse, offices and a small showroom in the 2000 m2 premises.
The official opening guestlist of over 100 attendees was made up of customers, suppliers, service partners and other invited dignitaries.
General Manager, Tor Anders Høgaas, said, “The opening of the new service centre gives us new opportunities and will make us an even better workplace where we can attract the best people to work for us. We are very proud of the new building and we know that by providing an enhanced work environment for our employees will help to take the company further.”
A GT4 class Citroën DS3 R racing car, driven by young driver Niklas Eker Abrahamsen, also featured at the event. The car is painted in the Doosan orange colours and the logos of both Rosendal and Doosan.
