Perrone joined what was then known as Kohler Energy in 2014 as president of the Diesel business and was named president of the combined Engines business in 2020. He has spent more than 30 years in various leadership roles within the industrial sector.

Rehlko expressed its gratitude to Perrone for his dedication and leadership, stating that he “has been instrumental in leading the division through some of its most successful years in its more than 100-year history.”

In taking over the role of president of the Engines business, Fontaine brings to the company “a proven track record of driving sustainable growth, fostering operational excellence and implementing strategic initiatives,” the announcement stated. He has extensive experience in industrial markets, having most recently served as vice president of the Industrial Components Division at Regal Rexnord Corporation. In this role, he led the commercial business for Regal Rexnord’s largest division, focused on growing profit, securing new business, strategic planning and managing large P&Ls. Fontaine also previously held increasing levels of responsibility at Danaher Corporation and Brunswick Corporation.

In his new position at Rehlko, the company said Fontaine will focus on rebuilding customer confidence, winning share in commercial heavy-duty applications, driving sustained productivity and cost improvement, reducing working capital, simplifying the product portfolio and building a resilient organization.
