Italian rental firm Mollo Noleggio has added new Blue&Green branding to demarcate its low emissions and environmentally friendly equipment.

The logo, which adds green to Mollo’s historical blue livery, was revealed by the company at the Ecomondo trade event from 7 to 10 November in Rimini, southern Italy.

At Ecomondo - a Europe-focused showcase of green transition products and ideas - a selection of Mollo Noleggio’s Blue&Green’s products and solutions were on display.

They included a 16 m Hybrid Truck Mounted Platform, fully electric telescopic handler, mini excavator with lithium battery, mini dump truck 7 with lithium battery, vibrating plate with lithium battery, electric rammer with lithium battery, bifuel gasoline/LPG tipper truck, hybrid light tower with dual power supply: battery + diesel fuel.

Mollo began investing in machines that meet environmental standards in 2015, while other initiatives supporting sustainability include the company’s digitalisation journey, including the introduction of digital signatures and electronic rental contracts in 2018, which resulted in an 80% reduction in the use of paper and toner.
