LGMG to launch new MEWP and telehandler series’ at Bauma

Comprehensive updates promised across boom line, along with hybrid launches 

LGMG is set to introduce a new series of upgraded MEWPs at Bauma China, taking place in Shanghai during November. 

The company’s 2000 square metre exhibition space will include the new self propelled boom range from 14m to 40m. The company said it will feature an innovative boom design, advanced electrical and hydraulic technology.

All the pure electric machines are equipped with permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM), combining the motor and controller as one, which is maintenance-free and increases efficiency over the lifetime of the machine.

This year, LGMG books a large exhibition area covering nearly 2000 square meters. LGMG will bring about 40 sets of equipment to the event, including reliable mining equipment, innovative and upgraded aerial working platforms, new telehandlers, as well as new launch of forklifts.

Green energy introductions 

Among the manufacturer’s 40 models on show, including mining equipment, there will be new telehandlers powered by Li-battery-powered and diesel engines. The E-driven model features zero emissions, “whisper-quiet” operation and low operating costs. The battery can be replaced quickly to achieve long working hours.

LGMG added that the display of telehandlers will include differentiated models targeted to specific markets. 

During the show there will also be a specific launch event for new hybrid technology installed in mining trucks and hybrid  lifts.

Across board LGMG says there has been an improvement in modularization and standardisation of products, along with  optimized quality, production and service, with aim of ensuring commonality of parts across models. 

Additionally, at the show, LGMG will host its Global Partner Conference with the theme of ‘New Quality Development for a Better Future’, which is set to be attended by nearly 500 delegates. “By taking this opportunity, LGMG will network with the industrial players to seek the sustainable development for the construction machinery industry,” added the company. 

LGMG will be at booth C40 to during Bauma China, 26 - 29 November.
