Interbeton, the Royal Bam Group’s operating company for non-European construction, has received a letter of intent for the construction of the welcome pavilion at Ferrari World on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE, as well as the Movenpick hotel and Yas Island shopping centre.

The project is the second contract secured by the company on Yas Island, following the award of the Crowne Plaza hotel and Staybridge serviced apartments in January 2008.

The Movenpick hotel and Ferrari welcome pavilion will be constructed by interbeton Abu Dhabi, the local subsidiary of Interbeton.

Yas Island will be the centre of sporting focus in November 2009 when it hosts the inaugural Etihad Airways Formula One Grand Prix of the UAE.
