Gilbane Building Company has appointed Mark Breslin to lead the planned expansion of its sites services subsidiary Next 150 Construction.

Breslin joins the company following 35 years in the construction industry, 28 of which served as vice president of contractor Turner Construction.

He will be responsible for the expansion of site services and equipment across the US market for Next 150 Construction.

Next 150 Construction supplies skilled labour, equipment rentals, job site safety, and temporary services on Gilbane projects.

At Turner Construction, Breslin led its Canadian business, repositioned its equipment rental business, and grew its presence in segments including data centers, commercial interiors, healthcare and industrial.

Daniel M. Gilbane, managing director, Gilbane Building Company and president, Next 150 Construction, said, “Mark has the expert operational experience and proven leadership to drive Next 150 Construction’s continued growth.
