Dynapac appoints new president

Dynapac has announced the appointment of Nikhil Sapre as the new President, effective October 1, 2024.

Sapre is succeeding Paul Hense who will join Fayat Group as vice president for Fayat Road Equipment Division, after close to ten years at Dynapac.

Dynapac is a part of the Fayat Group in the company’s Road building machinery segment, alongside Bomag. 

Sapre holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Accounting and has worked for TATA Motors and Atlas Copco in India before starting his international career at Atlas Copco in Belgium before joining Dynapac in Wardenburg, Germany, in 2014.

During his ten years at Dynapac, Sapre has held the positions of vice president of Finance and recently vice president of Sales and Marketing.

The company adds that Sapre has successfully increased market share, profitability and revenue, and strengthened the Sales & Marketing organisation by setting up Dynapac lnternational.

In his new role, Dynapac says that Sapre will lead the company with a focus on growth, digitalisation, and corporate social responsibility.
