Construction software market set to hit US$14.3bn by 2033

The market for construction software will grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 9% from 2026-2033 to give the sector a value of US$14.3 billion by 2033, according to a report from SNS Insider, a market research company.

The report valued the construction software market at US$6.8 billion in 2025 and said that the main reason for the increased demand for construction software is the growing complexity and scale of construction projects worldwide.

The report added that, “Businesses are using digital tools to increase productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance project management.”

Regarding software type, project management software is the most popular form of construction software with a share of 45% of the market in 2025.

The report reveals that the fastest growing segment is Quality and Safety, focus of companies moving towards regulatory compliance, on-site safety and risk mitigation.

Looking specifically at the US market, the report valued the US construction software market at US$1.79 billion in 2025 and expects it to reach US$3.68 billion by 2033, growing at a CAGR of 9.42% during this time period.
