Case construction equipment in Denmark, Greenland and the Faroe Islands will now be available from Conmac, a newly-formed subsidiary of Helms Holding.

Case New Holland (CNH) has chosen the company to be importer, sales and service provider for the full Case product range in that region.

Markus Meyer, business director of Case Construction Denmark, said that final arrangements for a new dealer network structure were being put in place and that the deal provided "a great advantage" for sales and service of the Case Construction equipment range in Denmark.

Kristian Helms, part owner of Helms TMT-Centret and now owner of the new Conmac subsidiary, said that Case ranked among the best in supplying all sizes of construction machines worldwide.

Currently there are more than 1,500 CASE Construction machines in operation in Denmark, and the new subsidiary will take over the service of these machines.

Mr Helms said, "We are close to a solution at Zealand where a professional centre will be established which will provide a showroom, sales, service and spare parts. In Jutland, Conmac will sell and service under its own brand from dealerships in Herning and Aarhus. Furthermore, we will establish more dealerships in other regions of Jutland."

He added, "At Funen, Ringe Maskinforretning will continue to provide a total sales and service programme from CASE Construction, as it has already done for a number of years."
