Bobcat to show portable compressor at Executive Hire Show

Doosan Bobcat is to show its PA7.4 (7/45) compressor at the Executive Hire Show (EHS) next month, marking the first time a Bobcat branded portable power product has been shown at a UK event.

The unit, which is equipped with a generator option, provides 4.0 m³/min (140 cfm) of compressed air at 7 bar nominal pressure and is available with a range of options and customisations.

These include an integral 8.5kVA generator which the company said meets a specific requirement in utility work to meet the demands of the latest fusion welding equipment.

It added that the electrical power provided can also be used for lights and tools together with compressed air for powering breakers and other pneumatic equipment.

The introduction of the PA7.4 (7/45) comes just months after the company announced that a portable power division was to be added in Europe for the first time.

Meanwhile, Bobcat will also showcase its developments in electric machinery, with the company expected to highlight either its E10e 1 tonne electric mini-excavator or E19e electric mini-excavator. 

Bobcat said it will also show the latest additions to its line of loaders.
