Amey re-enters Australian market following acquisition

Infrastructure services and engineering company Amey has re-entered the Australian market, after it acquired Brisbane-based consultancy Premise.

Premise has expertise in both the public and private sectors in the built environment, water, environmental & renewables, and transport.

Amey said that its return to the Australian market underlined its commitment to international expansion.
