Bouygues names new group CFO
31 July 2025
Bouygues has appointed Stéphane Stoll as senior vice-president and chief financial officer (CFO) of the group, effective 1 August 2025.
He will also join the company’s Group Management Committee and report to deputy CEO Pascal Grangé, who is set to retire in 2026.

Stoll, 55, began his career at Bouygues in 1994 and has held a series of financial and operational leadership roles across the company’s construction and energy services businesses. He helped develop the facilities management arm of Bouygues Energies & Services in the early 2000s and was later appointed CFO of that division in 2010.
In 2018, following Bouygues’ acquisition of Alpiq’s Energy & Services operations, Stoll became CEO of Kraftanlagen in Germany, overseeing integration and consolidation. He went on to serve as EVP of Energies & Industry before joining Equans in 2023, where he currently oversees Central Europe operations including data centres, solar energy, and storage.
His appointment comes as Bouygues continues to integrate its energies and services arm, Equans, into the group’s broader operations.
