Figures from Nakheel vary on the final number of storeys and residence, but the luxury high-rise is reported to have up to 76 floors and just 81 residences, and it will top out at more than 300m.

The nearly $500-million project is scheduled for completion in 2028.

ALEC was formed as a joint company between Al Jaber Group and Grinaker LTD in 1999.
