FIEC Annual Report 2024 highlights policy advances and sector resilience

The European Construction Industry Federation (FIEC) has launched its Annual Report for 2024, “A competitive and sustainable construction industry: Our mission”, highlighting its policy efforts, industry achievements, and ongoing challenges.
This year’s report underscores FIEC’s initiatives to advance sustainability, including support for energy-efficient construction, circular economy practices, and strengthening water resilience to mitigate climate risks.
It also outlines policy advocacy during the 2024 EU election campaigns, with a focus on skills development and infrastructure investment.
Piero Petrucco, FIEC President, said, “Explore the 2024 Annual Report on FIEC key policies, projects, figures, main achievements, milestones, opinions, releases and undertaken actions that reflect the higher commitment – during an exceptional year - by all our colleagues, as well as the intensified cooperation with our partners and the European Union towards the resilience and sustainability of the construction sector.”
