Visitors will have the chance to explore Sandvik’s products in ground support, surface drilling, stationary crushing and screening, rock tools, and parts and services.

“We are excited to be back at the world’s leading construction and mining trade fair, showcasing our innovations at bauma for the first time since 2013,” said Mats Eriksson, president of Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions.

“Sandvik will have a broad range of solutions on display for infrastructure, mining and tunneling applications, designed to address increasing demands for safety, reliability and cost-efficiency.”

The new Pantera DP1510i top hammer drill rig will be displayed at bauma 2025 for its full launch with updated key components, as well as the Ranger DX810i.

In addition to various digital solutions for surface drilling, Sandvik will preview an upcoming rig in the form of a Commando-series electric conversion— a prototype that will evolve into the company’s first commercial electric surface drill rig.

Among its latest rock tools, Sandvik will present the CT55 and CT67 curved thread top hammer tool systems, the Sandvik Alpha 340 and 360 drilling tools with Speedy bit for tunnelling, and the newest Malleo RH570 DTH hammer and bit family for speed and performance. For raise boring, the company will highlight its latest reamer designs in 4.1 and 0.74 metres, along with the RR890 pilot bit.

Additionally, Sandvik will showcase its rock tools services, the Centrevo digital suite, new resharpening equipment, and a carbide recycling programme that allows users to recycle worn carbide tools.

Beyond equipment, Sandvik’s parts and services showcase will feature flexible repair and replacement solutions for rock drills and other critical components. Attendees can also explore MAKO Ground Engaging Tools, designed to protect loader buckets and extend their lifespan, as well as the Eclipse fire suppression system. Sandvik will further highlight its latest developments in digital services, which harness data and insights from connected equipment to optimise performance.

For rock and mineral processing applications, Sandvik will demonstrate its advanced eco-efficient rock processing solutions for crushing and screening. Visitors can experience ACS, the company’s industry-leading suite of automation, condition monitoring, and connectivity systems.

Sandvik will also introduce SAM by Sandvik, a digital service designed to drive operational excellence, and DeckMapp, a new digital platform set to revolutionise vibrating screen deck maintenance.
