Based out of Deer Park, Texas (Houston), ScaffSource maintains nine product yards strategically located throughout the U.S. – representing one of the largest and broadest inventories of scaffolding, shoring and value-added services available in the scaffold and access industry today.

Serving the petrochemical, refining, offshore, manufacturing and power-generation industries, as well as the commercial, marine and staging markets, ScaffSource boasts more than 17 million pieces of scaffold inventory alongside an ever-growing inventory of shoring equipment – with the capacity to deliver a material rental program specific to any customer’s unique contractual requirements, anywhere in the country.

True to form, ScaffSource’s newest site comprises the company headquarters on seven acres of land in Deer Park, and will hold up to a million pieces of scaffold and/or shoring material at any given time.

ScaffSource also distinguishes itself on the products and services side, offering up a scaffolding rental solution for pretty much any project a customer can come up with – strengthened by an extensive supply of Ringlock and Cuplock modular scaffolding systems. Additionally, ScaffSource inventories several types of planks, tube and clamp, and provides a wide range of supplemental accessories.

On the shoring side, the company similarly offers up solutions for new construction, re-shoring of existing loads, demolition work or work associated with ongoing infrastructure improvement projects. The ScaffSource inventory includes some of the most popular systems with Post Shore, 20K Frame and Drophead.

To sustain this nationwide supply, and assure its quality, the ScaffSource team has spent the past five years removing old and obsolete scaffolding and replacing it with 4.5 million new pieces – while simultaneously increasing their inventory in low-profile planks, adjustable toeboards, fully galvanized clamps and new swing gates.

Ongoing Commitment

What stands out even taller for ScaffSource is the design advantage they bring to the table. When customers rent with ScaffSource, they get the full 3D design, a BOM, team members onsite to help control inventory – the whole nine yards. Moreover, they benefit from a hands-on approach designed to meet their needs and identify the scope, which dictates elevations, distance and legitimizes the overall qualification process.

This one-source availability simplifies complex projects by providing better access, visualization and planning for more accurate resource management, safer execution and cost savings on labor and material.

After all, ScaffSource customers need what they need, when they need it. They’re reacting to their own customers, supply lines and timelines. In response, the ScaffSource mission is simple: to provide superior service and a transparent, seamless process to those customers – from the quote to the final invoice for each project. Equipment within the access industry doesn’t exactly change overnight, so what ends up separating outfits like ScaffSource from the competition is attention to detail and follow-through. ScaffSource has become a leader in the space because they solve problems, honor their word, and “get it there.”

Location. Location. Location. For ScaffSource, it’s not just a tagline. It’s an ongoing commitment to customer success.
