Vietnam hotel project for Mace

UK-based contractor Mace has been appointed to project manage construction of a new luxury golf and hotel resort in Hoi An, Vietnam.

The five-star resort – designed to resemble a Vietnamese lantern – is being developed by Mai House Hospitality Group will be situated directly on the main beach road between Hoi An and Danang. It will have a gross floor area of 105,000m².

This is the first hotel project secured by Mace’s Vietnam business, which will provide design, project and construction management.

It will have 300 rooms, 50 villas, 100 apartments, and 100 shop houses in front of the golf course.
