“As the economic heart of Brazil, São Paulo offers a robust industrial foundation and a well-developed transportation network, providing ideal conditions for the subsidiary’s operations,” said LGMG.

The subsidiary will focus on a comprehensive and targeted business scope, covering LGMG’s core product lines and delivering complete equipment solutions for the mining and aerial work platform sectors.

A local parts warehouse has been established at the subsidiary. Stocked with a broad inventory of components, the warehouse forms the backbone of ehat LGMG describes as a highly responsive service network, enabling faster parts supply and customer service.

During the ceremony, Zhi Kaiyin delivered a keynote speech, likening the opening to “a seed planted by LGMG in Brazil – it needs sunlight and rain, but even more, our collective care and nurturing.

“Through such long-term efforts, LGMG aims to strengthen its partnership with local clients and contribute to Brazil’s economic development.”

Strategic benefits

The establishment of the Brazil subsidiary holds multiple strategic benefits for LGMG, including the platform to serve local Brazilian customers with tailored solutions based their needs.

It also aims to reinforce customer confidence through the new local parts warehouse, efficient after sales service network and improved technical support.

LGMG added that it is now well positioned to expand into neighboring South American markets. “As a key country in the region with excellent logistics connections, Brazil will serve as a strategic hub for LGMG to extend its products and services across South America, laying a strong foundation for further regional growth.”

One representative from a leading Brazilian mining company commented, “We have long anticipated LGMG establishing a subsidiary in Brazil. This will streamline equipment procurement and enhance after-sales support. LGMG’s mining equipment has demonstrated outstanding performance at our sites, and we are confident the subsidiary will bring even stronger collaboration.”
