Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) has appointed Joakim Arndorw as head of sales, Region International, at the OEM.

Arndorw was most recently the Managing Director for Swecon Anläggningsmaskiner, the retail operations for Volvo CE in Sweden.

He has previously worked for Volvo CE in its services business, both in commercial roles and developing the services portfolio.

“I really look forward to working closely with the experienced team as we continue to both perform and transform our business for our customers, together with the strong distribution partners we have in the International markets. It is truly an exciting time for our industry with the many opportunities that lie ahead,” said Arndorw.

In its last quartley results the OEM saw the global sales of machines and services increase by 12%, with robust sales in Europe, North America, and Africa.

Arndorw started his new role on September 11, 2023 and will be based in Eskilstuna, Sweden.
