Aptix integrates Topcon solutions with various third-party applications, streamlining data connections between the office and the job site to enhance efficiency.

By consolidating data from multiple sources into a single platform, Aptix is said to empower construction teams with valuable insights, ensuring that the project stays on track with profitability goals while aligning the as-built outcome with the original plan.

Aptix automates and orchestrates the distribution of crucial data, including machine control files, constructible models, project schedules, and actual reports. Its near real-time tracking feature enables location monitoring of machines, and the ability to aggregate as-built data from diverse telematics sources.

Additionally, the platform provides real-time reports on people, materials, machines, and carbon dioxide emissions, thereby fostering greater visibility for carbon footprint analysis and sustainability initiatives.

Recognising the challenges posed by frequent changes in construction projects, the platform integrates with industry-standard applications such as Autodesk Construction Cloud® and Microsoft OneDrive. Through these integrations, Aptix actively monitors file updates within Autodesk Build, Autodesk Docs, BIM 360, and Microsoft OneDrive.

As soon as any changes occur in constructible models or schedules, the platform automatically disseminates these updates to all key stakeholders. This ensures that operators have access to the most up-to-date models and scheduled tasks, and project managers have access to the latest reports.

James Cook, Director of Partner Integrations at Autodesk Construction Solutions, highlights the importance of Aptix’s integration with Autodesk Construction Cloud, he says, “With Aptix’s integration of Autodesk Construction Cloud, teams can ensure critical information is accessible to all the stakeholders that need it, helping companies more easily build and collaborate.”
