The project seeks to erect a 23,000m2 (250,000 sq. ft.) data campus for what Skanska called “an existing client.”

The firm announced it will also do associated site work and utilities for the new centre.

“The scope also includes a fit out of an administration space and three data halls,” said Skanska.

Work started this month with an expected end date in December 2025.
