Situated on the Gulf of Aqaba’s coastline, Norlana will house 3,000 residents who, according to a press release, will enjoy “contemporary luxury fused with advanced technology, setting a pioneering standard for sustainable modern living.”

The project entails construction of 711 residential properties, a 120-berth marina, 18-hole golf course, and an equestrian and polo center.

It is claimed that Norlana will be delivered innovatively and sustainably with a focus on preserving the surrounding land and marine environments.

The budget for NEOM is reportedly US$500 billion and around 20% of the project is believed to have been completed.
