Meva has introduced its MAC automatic climbing system

Meva has introduced its MAC automatic climbing system. The climbing platform system, which is supported by independent structural members installed between the shear key beam and gridwork, offers a fully enclosed environment and is hydraulically lifted by up to 4 m in any lift.

A single remote control operates the hydraulics and the lift from one level up to the next takes between one and two hours. A Meva statement said, “The MAC only requires five to six working days per level, which should offer a distinct scheduling advantage.”

The system employs a completely independent three-way adjustment on both internal and external shutters and the suspended forming shutters are made of slim-line aluminium, steel or wooden whalers, to increase working area and ease access.
