The Liebherr Group has two subsidiaries in India, the Liebherr India Private Ltd. (Mumbai) sales company and the new manufacturing entity, and Liebherr CMCtec India Private Limited. Together, they employ more than 150 people. In addition Liebherr has had a joint venture in Bangalore since 2004 for gear cutting machines.
