Situated at Minervaweg 95, alongside the A6 highway, the new headquarters is designed to offer improved accessibility, sustainability, and long-term operational capacity.

KCME said the decision to relocate reflects its commitment to innovation, customer support and future growth in the European market.

The  Lelystad headquarters, which opened this week, includes a parts warehouse integrated into the overall building layout.

With improved logistics and inventory management systems, KCME said the warehouse will enable faster, more reliable delivery of components across the region, reduce lead times, and boost overall supply chain performance.

Also included in the new site is a Technical Training Center that features modern classrooms, a fully equipped workshop and showroom, and a convention centre to support product training and customer demonstrations.

In addition, the company has developed a 3,500m² outdoor demonstration area where customers, partners, and trainees can trial equipment under real-world conditions. KCME said the space supports hands-on learning and reflects its commitment to knowledge-sharing, product innovation and building stronger relationships with dealers and end users.

“We are very excited to turn another page and begin Chapter 2 of our growth journey in the competitive European market,” said Makoto Kato, Managing Director of KCME. “This relocation secures and accelerates a strategic advancement in our ongoing growth journey.

“It strengthens our well-established operational foundation—including the product marketing and technical training of our excavators and cranes—while enhancing our ability to deliver greater value across our dealer network and to end users. This expansion underscores our long-term commitment to innovation, continuous product development, and meeting the evolving needs of our customers for years to come.”
