JLG restructures EMEAI leadership team

JLG has realigned its leadership team in the Europe, Middle East, Africa and India (EMEAI) region.

The company said the roles would harness the opportunities created by recent acquisitions in Europe, that have included Hinowa, Ausa and previously Power Towers and position its team for sustained success.

It follows the annoucement last November that JLG’s Rogerio dos Santos woud replace Karel Huijser as Vice President for the EMEAI Region, and take on the role of Global Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions for Access Equipment.

“JLG is evolving its organizational structure to drive operational excellence and a strong customer focus across the region,” said JLG, with the roles of key team members evolving as follows:

Jonathan Dawson, VP & GM EMEAI – Verticals & Strategy, will expand his responsibilities to include Business Development, M&A, Service, and Marketing, in addition to leading the vertical teams in EMEAI.

With almost two decades of experience across several different teams, Dawson will bring a unique perspective to the role, ensuring a 360-degree customer experience.

David Courtin, General Manager EMEAI Service and Business Development, will lead the optimization of aftermarket operations across EMEAI, focusing on enhancing service delivery and strengthening overall customer support capabilities.

Additionally, Courtin will support Strategy and M&A in the region. His background across financial services, sales and service aligns well with his expanded responsibilities.

Ian Hume, General Manager EMEAI Sales Operations, will lead all JLG sales teams and activities across the region, ensuring cohesive and strategic execution.

Hume joined JLG in 2017 and, said the company, has an “unmatched understanding of JLG’s customers and distribution”.

Amadeus Bissot, General Manager Aftermarket, will have responsibility for Aftermarket Parts, particularly parts operations and sales in the region.

“I am confident this team will drive our strategy forward and deliver exceptional value for our customers and stakeholders,” said Rogerio Dos Santos.
