Heijmans wins new Hague contract

The Netherland’s Central Governmental Real Estate Agency (Rijksvastgoedbedrijf, or RVB) has appointed Heijmans to build and operate new premises for Eurojust in The Hague.
The build and operate contract, worth €105 million, includes the development and maintenance of an office, three-storey parking garage and landscape. The total area of the new office complex is 18,550 m2. Heijmans will be responsible for the structural, installation-engineering and civil provisions.
Eurojust is a European organisation for judicial co-operation and has been located in The Hague since its establishment in 2002. The Heijmans contract will run for 15 years, with the option of a five-year extension.
