Powered by Stable Diffusion, the company says that the software enables the creation of 3D visualisations during the early design stage of a project.

Graphisoft adds that the “simple” user interface has been optimised for architecture and interior design.

Zsolt Kerecsen, vice president of software success at Graphisoft, said, “Our Adaptive Hybrid Framework approach lets us quickly and effectively integrate innovative technologies like the AI Visualizer into our tech stack.

“This is just the first example of how we can integrate it into new capabilities inside our software. With many new projects underway, Graphisoft customers can expect to leverage additional AI-enabled solutions to do what they do best – design great buildings.”

According to the company, the AI Visualiser is integrated into Archicad — no additional purchase is necessary.

To use it, users must create a simple concept model in Archicad. Then, by using text prompts or a few descriptive words such as “a modern office with wood surfaces,” they can generate several refined design variations without having to create detailed models for each one.

The protection of Intellectual Property rights is ensured by storing the source images locally on users’ computers. Users have the option to specify image sizes, adjust the number of iterations to speed up image generation, and edit the prompt strength to obtain more precise results. Numerous

The AI Visualizer will be available for Nemetschek Group brands Allplan and Vectorworks in the coming months.
