The showground was said to be fully sold out at 100,000m2, a 40% expansion versus 2023. This expanded footprint hosted more than 490 exhibiting brands (up 13.4%), highlighting the event’s role as a barometer for European construction.

“Our 10th GIS has exceeded all our expectations, not just in numbers but in the quality of innovation and dialogue on the show floor and in the conference halls,” said Fabio Potestà, director of organiser Mediapoint & Exhibitions.

“The dominant themes were clear: the industry is decisively moving towards a more sustainable, intelligent, and safe future. GIS provided the perfect stage for manufacturers, suppliers, and end-users to drive that transition forward.”

The 11th edition of GIS will return in 2027.
