OTR said Dembe will lead the sales’ team efforts within tyre and track solutions along with value-added services.

The company said Dembe has worked in the off-road tyre and track industry since 1995. According to Dembe’s LinkedIn profile, he will be joining OTR after almost three decades with France-based global tyre company Michelin. His most recent role with Michelin was sales director of the off road division.

“During this time, he gained experience in various management and director roles for large companies, primarily within their off-road divisions. He has worked with OEM customers, as well as fleets and dealers, with proven success in sales, management, and strategic roles,” said OTR.

Ben Brown, OTR’s global VP of OEM sales & marketing, said, “Michael’s industry and product knowledge and experience is an invaluable asset to help us achieve our goals and objectives moving forward.”
