The suite is said to empower managers to accurately plan and track weekly activities and milestones by leveraging project-specific data. By monitoring plan progress and measuring effectiveness, Buildots says that they aim to foster continuous improvement in performance and adapt to changing circumstances on-site, ultimately minimizing construction delays.

The Plan Tracker suite, integrated into existing management processes, consists of two innovative tools: ‘Workplan’ and ‘Targets’. These tools are fueled by real-world site progress data and advanced AI algorithms.

‘Workplan’ allows project managers to break down project plans into smaller tasks, establish realistic deadlines for each task, share the plan with relevant trades, compare actual progress against plans, and utilize system-generated feedback to enhance performance continuously.

‘Targets’ enable managers to set crucial milestones within the system and accurately monitor the project’s progression towards these goals, including subcontractor performance and supply chain issues.

Users can add operational and contractual targets, assign related tasks and activities, and set due dates in a centralised location.

Aviv Leibovici, co-founder and CPO of Buildots, emphasised the value of Plan Tracker, “Plan Tracker provides our customers with greater control and more opportunities to leverage the unique dataset generated by Buildots.

“We have closely examined how customers utilize the platform to identify avenues for added value. We recognized numerous situations and decisions faced by construction managers that could greatly benefit from the on-site data collected. Plan Tracker bridges this invaluable data and the managers who need it, offering unprecedented insights to enhance project management effectiveness.”

The new Plan Tracker suite is now immediately available to both existing Buildots users and new customers.
