The platform, called Aurigo Engage, is utilised by public agency officials seeking input on various projects and initiatives.

Aurigo Software, headquartered in Austin, Texas, says that the latest version of Engage streamlines the onboarding process for professionals in communication, planning, and project management, enabling them to swiftly start using the software.

Balaji Sreenivasan, the CEO and founder of Aurigo Software, emphasized, “Digitizing the community engagement process enables greater public involvement in initiatives that matter to them.

Engage leverages AI to help officials assess public sentiment throughout their community and swiftly incorporate that feedback into their projects.”

Engage is described as a comprehensive public involvement platform that allows city and county governments, transportation departments, metropolitan planning organizations, and other agencies to publish their upcoming projects and initiatives online.

The system includes an interactive, map-based public commenting portal, promotional tools, as well as real-time dashboards and reporting capabilities.
