Kleemann details next generation Mobirex impact crusher

Kleemann has launched the Mobirex MR 130 EVO as the successor to its MR 130 EVO2 machine. The impact crusher, with updated D-DRIVE concept, will be available in Europe from early 2027, with other markets to follow.

Following the world premiere at Steinexpo in September, Kleemann has released more details about its new Mobirex MR 130 EVO mobile impact crusher.

Described as a high and continuous output machine, Kleemann said it has been designed for applications range from various recycling tasks, such as the processing of concrete, mixed material, and asphalt, through operations with soft to medium-hard natural rock.

It is available with an optional double-deck post screening unit which adds the ability to deliver up to two classes of final product with the target grain split into two separate material flows.

Wind sifters can remove lightweight material such as wood and plastic from both oversize grain and medium grain, while the swivelling middle grain conveyor also enables subsequent merging with fine grain for even better final product quality.

The new crusher uses an updated D-DRIVE diesel-direct drive system with a latest-generation engine. Its secondary functions, including the vibrating chutes and conveyor belts, are electrically powered, while a load-dependent fan helps reduce noise emissions.

Kleemann also explained that the CFS (Continuous Feed System) monitors the utilisation of the crusher and the engine to guarantee continuous material conveyance, noting that this “optimises the crusher utilisation, reduces the wear and delivers excellent material quality.”

In addition, the machine’s ‘smart’ Spective operating concept makes operation simpler, giving the operator access to a variety of tools, with Spective Connect telematics providing live operating data and troubleshooting guides.

The Mobirex MR 130 EVO also features fully automatic crusher gap adjustment, zero-point determination and the tool-free opening.
