Haulotte Shanghai has opened a new customer support centre in Wuhan, central China. The new facility will allow Haulotte’s China subsidiary to provide greater after sales services to local customers.

Guests from Hubei Construction Machinery Chamber of Commerce, Hubei Province and surrounding areas attended the official ribbon cutting ceremony and were given hands-on experience with the equipment, including Compact scissor lifts and RTJ articulating booms from the Haulotte range.

The new facility is set to provide more convenient, efficient, and comprehensive customer support in Central China, including equipment maintenance, refurbishment, spare parts and training.

Tim Mo, marketing manager at Haulotte Shanghai, said, “The day was definitely a great success, with great commitment from our teams and enthusiasm from our customers.”

In addition to its headquarters in Shanghai, Haulotte now has three across China, in Beijing, Wuhan, and Guangzhou. The new customer support centre in the Hubei province, along with an established one in Shandong province are part of the group’s commitment to provide a local and personalised service, added the company.
